A. Return policy
All products of the company accept returns and refunds in accordance with the company’s regulations. Return cases: – If the customer discovers the fake, poor quality – Goods damaged due to shipping to customers of the company – Delivery is not the correct model or type that the customer ordered If you find the above cases, please send the defective goods to us or notify the company immediately so that we can assist our staff to confirm the product status on the spot and assist you in return. Refund fee: the refund fee will be fully paid by the company if the fault is on the company. Refund method: The product will be renewed for the customer, in the event that there is no product in stock, the company commits to refund 100% of the fee that the customer has paid to us through methods such as : cash at the company or transfer to the customer.
B. Warranty policy
Products you buy are warranted quickly in the following cases:
1 / The item is not under warranty conditions.
2 / For products with warranty: 1 for 1 warranty policy Intraday exchange of different products of the same type from products purchased within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Exchange for other products of the same type immediately after 3 days for products purchased after 7 days from the date of purchase. CONDITIONS NOT COVERED: The damaged product is not caused by the manufacturer’s fault. No company shipping slip. The product is damaged due to improper use: Fire, explosion, falling, signs of being impacted, being soaked in water, absorbing water from outside (tank, dented, distorted.)
